Luna, tiring of her constant running, slowed down. It just so happened that when she slid to a stop, an outline of a buckskin pinto colt came into view. Whinnying, Luna trotted towards him.

"Hear what?" Dour lifted his head, but his eyes were unfocused. He'd eaten one too many of the fermenting apples. He looked at Annalise and added, "These're good."

"Don't you hear that? Someone's munching on the apples!"

"Hi, Suha," she said gently. "When's your foal coming? Uh... Spirit's, I mean."

Nickering again, Buckshot stepped around the tree and licked her withers.

Titan nibbled at her mane. "I hope it's like you, a gentle giant."

Ash approached Titan and Theodora, stopping several yards away. She stared at the stud, quite disappointed that he apparently hadn't noticed the birth of her foal, then resumed walking. Her grullo colt bounded unsteadily after her.

Zephyra looked around "What are you doing?" She asked trying to see what Cinders was looking for

"I'm making sure Dour or Annalise don't see me." Cinders trotted around Zephyra. "I'm not supposed to be here. He's my sire, so he won't like me hanging around." She stopped and pawed playfully. "I was bored."

Sage pranced around her in circles.

Flare continued to graze, appearing nonchalant about the prancing stud. In reality, she was watching his every move.

"That was me," Dour said. He'd been munching on the apples up until now. Taking a step, the intoxicated stud stumbled and went to his knees.

Titan tailed Ash and her colt, interested. He reached out and sniffed the colt's rump. "He's beautiful."

Titan tailed Ash and her colt, interested. He reached out and sniffed the colt's rump. "He's beautiful."

Ash turned and charged half-heartedly at Titan. She stood in front of her foal and looked at Titan. "Thanks. I'm glad you noticed."

(I forget. was Analiya bred before Theodora and Dusky or around the same time?)

Another grullo mare came up behind Titan. Analiya was rounded out just like Theodora and Dusky. "What's up?"

"What the- Dour!" Annalise cried. Taking a step forward, she stared at the stud with wide eyes.

"I'm okay..." Dour pulled his legs under him then spread them out, climbing haphazardly to his feet. He stood, swaying slightly.

Another grullo mare came up behind Titan. Analiya was rounded out just like Theodora and Dusky. "What's up?"

"I'm sorry," he said gently, and reached out his muzzle to touch it with hers. "I love you, you know."

"Hi, girl," Titan said. He clenched a piece of her forelock in his teeth, and played with it lovingly. "What do you think your foal is, a filly or a colt?"
