"I'ss has plenty of choicsse..." Dour's words were becoming slurred, but he fought to get back to his feet. Standing, he swayed but stayed upright. Not wanting to risk moving, he stared at Annalise. "I don'ts know what thesse're, but they good."

Fermenting apples were high on Dour's will-eat list.

"Don't eat anymore," she ordered, inspecting an apple. She snorted, and backed away.

Ash approached Titan and Theodora, stopping several yards away. She stared at the stud, quite disappointed that he apparently hadn't noticed the birth of her foal, then resumed walking. Her grullo colt bounded unsteadily after her.

"I'm making sure Dour or Annalise don't see me." Cinders trotted around Zephyra. "I'm not supposed to be here. He's my sire, so he won't like me hanging around." She stopped and pawed playfully. "I was bored."

Flare continued to graze, appearing nonchalant about the prancing stud. In reality, she was watching his every move.

"Oh, well Dour has gone off with Annalise, so my mom is watching the herd" Zephyra said. "So, wanna play?" The little black filly asked
