Dusky was the first to peek out of hiding. She, Ash and Analiya with the foals had hidden away in the forest. The blue roan whinnied cautiously to Titan.

Cochise squealed, and turned to bolt. When spinning around his rump struck Aurora's side.

Eventually, Dour returned and stood among the chaos of running, playing foals. His eyes found Kongo, and he watched that foal closely.

Cinders, awakened by someone brushing against her, climbed to her feet and whinnied. She hadn't grazed much recently, and the 2-year-old was hungry. Her food of choice: milk.
