Zephyra stood and whinnied back getting Enigma up she began to walk towards where her friend had called from. Enigma stayed by his dams side

"Wait! I brought you here for a reason!"

"I don't want to meet your mare. I have my own friend," Cinders said. She was half-turned, ready to bolt back to Zephyra.

Chestnut whinnied.
Coral nickered. he flicked his tail.
Ava stood on a plateau. Her belly was big.
Choco nickered to a stallion.
Dusk nuzzled Sleet.

Dour didn't speak for a long time. He gazed at Aurora and said, "My herd no longer has a lead mare. Annalise is gone."

Behind Auroea, Beryl and Embers stared. Finally, Beryl bolted, with Embers right behind her.

Aurora watched the foals, looking to Dour "Do you want them to stay?" She asked

"I don't want to meet your mare. I have my own friend," Cinders said. She was half-turned, ready to bolt back to Zephyra.

"I'm not letting you go," he growled, preparing to block her path. "I want mares and I shall have them."

Annalise perked her ears. At the bottom of the canyon, she was getting a drink from the river. She whinnied in return.

Flare's ears pricked forward. That wasn't her own whinny echoing. Still, the sound was difficult to pinpoint, thanks to the rock formations. The made picked a direction and trotted in it.
