Sona spun, easily dodging his inexperienced son, he struck out with his back hooves, "star go get Ziza!" He yelled

His hooves slammed into Onyx side. Rain nodded and leaped away. Onyx raced away, and tried to cut Rain off. She screamed in rage, and bucked wildly. Onyx reared up, and nipped at her rump, driving her to the edge of the territory.

Firefly picked her head, flicking her ears back and forth. She nudged her foal, they moved to the far side of the meadow, she noticed Honey through the tree. She trotted through the forest and moved into the clearing with Honey and Red.

Red swung his little head around to see Firefly and Flame approach, he broke into an easy gallop his young legs eating up the turf. He jumped and bucked playfully before sliding to a stop in front of Flame. "Hey Flame, whatcha' up to?"

Sona rammed between them, "leave!" He warned Onyx. Just then cloud of sand kicked up from between some dead shrubs, Ziza whinnied and charged at Onyx, her ears down and her tail flicking violently.

Flame stepped forward, looking back at his mom, she nodded. And he broke into a spirited gallop.
