So, do you think you will have any hens with "spurs" you want to sell? I think they are so unique. I would like to add anything to my flock thats different

* I havn't noticed any spurs on the longtail hens yet...perhaps it takes longer for them to grow it? Mines are only 6 months old.

my crele hens have spurs. pretty nice ones, almost an inch long. they are mean, mean, MEAN when they go broody. otherwise, they're like any other hen, just a bit flightyer. i also have a RIR hen who's got spurs about half an inch long. people keep asking me if it's a rooster.
