Gamebird given to me..What is she/he?

I'm talking mainly body type. His comb is a single, one parent had a single comb, & the other had a recessive single comb gene that passed on.

Aseel is a huge stretch. They're not very common. People that do have them wouldn't be crossing them.

It's a barnyard mix, possibly containing game.
Someone on Ebay was selling Saipan Orpington crosses.

They're actually more common then Malay, Indigo Gigantes, & Saipans.

I was just told it's a game hen. The only one that survived. I was happy to rescue him...now I have a lot to learn. I just needed to figure out what im looking for while researching.
So far, being so young he's very sweet and docile but as he gets older....

Lol my leghorn rooster has all of the ladies in check and submissive.
It's going to be interesting to see how this develops.
My rooster is submissive to my turkeys though. It's impressive to watch behavior and communication with these wonderful birds.

Few out there might not agree with this? I find a Game Rooster to be more protective of the hens when it comes to Hawks. 1 Year later and none my hens has been killed! 2 years ago i had 6 roosters in the yard and lost a chicken. Not many want this if your going to breed your own chicks, the outcome can be problems if you want to sell them for egg layers.
Currently, my whole flock is under a Cooper's hawks nest. My rooster warns them as they fly over and all hide but yeah...lets just say I pray OFTEN for them.
I Could cover them as I did at first but they ran out of green to eat so we took the top off and they are free to roam 😲
I have 4 turkeys in there too..hopefully to help deter the hawks.

I love my Leghorn hen! She is one of the golden girls in the Game hen group! She want to drive and not be in the back seat when comes to the Food Bowl!
Yes mine too! They are my little tillers too! I keep a compost area and they work it up for the others. Such good girls and hard workers
