It won't have the UMD drive (the disk drive to play games.)
All games have to be saved on it kinda like a computer but here's the catch- If you already own a game you'd have to re-purchase it to play it on the new PSP.
Also, everyone will have to buy new accessories for it since the old ones won't fit into the USB port or the TV out port since the new one doesn't have them. It has a serial port. They have to buy new headphones too.
Sony had a lot of room for improvement and didn't do what it could have easily done: Added a second analog stick.

It's called a Mylo and Sony wasted a lot of money on it because no one bought it.

I always thought all of Sony's Play Stations were for hard core players. But that takes hard core to a new extreme! To put it mildly.

BTW, I'm not watching E3 because I don't have a TV connection and if I did, I don't think my parents would allow it. If you are, keep us posted!
