My sheltie has very expressive facial features without drawn on eyebrows but I bet she'd be cute. Uh oh time for bed before I get any ideas. I'm only up BC my meds wore off and I'm waiting for the new ones to kick in.

Correct. That's an either/or rule - either be a member for a year with 20+ posts, OR be a member for six months with 250+ posts. This rule is in place to protect the BYC community from trouble makers.
