I already made a thread about this,"gurgling noises.thoughts?",I don't know how to change the title of the thread.
Symptoms:
-weird gurgling noises
-sneezes
-shakes head and looks up a lot as if trying to swallow something
-eats but not as much.
-Not as active.
Why I don't think it's a respiratory disease.
-No face swelling.
-no nose discharge.
-it's not spreading so fast, only one rooster has this symptoms and some chicks.
-No new symptoms since he started, just gurgling for 4 days now.
I need opinions from a lot of people,to see what y'all think and what I should treat him for.The vet is a last option,he charges around 200 dollars just to get an appointment and see what's wrong.I first look for help in this forum or search online when one of my chickens gets sick.Any opinions or thoughts are welcomed.

Good morning. If it spreads then it's probably not worms. You can get a fecal float to test the worm theory, the vet should only charge for lab work, I think I paid $38 to get my flock checked.

Swollen face and discharge from the nares don't have to be present for it to be a respiratory issue. The vet will be your best bet to know for sure. Otherwise it's all just a best guess.

I have limited experience with either of these things, but I'll share the one experience I do have. My bird had a bacterial respiratory infection with the only symptom being open mouthed and rattling breathing. She was formally diagnosed at the vet! There are viral forms of respiratory infections too, but every bird can have different degrees of symptoms.

Do y'all think I still can use the same antibiotics I used 10-9 months ago?I never threw it away but I'm pretty sure its still in the shed.

I still got 3/4 of the bottle 😂😂, some stuff called baytril,I gave it twice to each chicken and they got fixed.
