I'm wondering if your dealing with an environmental issue instead of gapeworms or a respiratory problem. Since she's eating and drinking normally, that eliminates gapes. You didnt mention if your other chickens are sneezing or wheezing, therefore it's not respiratory if it hasnt spread to your other birds. That only leaves an environmental problem, such as; she mightve inhaled feed dust or a feed granule, soiled bedding releases ammonia fumes, DE in bedding, pollen, pesticides etc....all of these problems can be controlled or eliminated, if this is what it is.
Denagard specifically treats mycoplasma diseases. If you smell a foul odor about the head area of your cochin, it could be coryza, then again it is very contageous as well as mycoplasma diseases and you'd be seeing signs in your other birds by now.

Ok, i got her at a poultry swap with her hatchmate, they have been inquaratine since June, as she has been sneezing, and occasionally will wheeze after a series of sneezes- her hatchmate isn't showing any of these symptoms, i'll upload a video and post a link- she seemed to get worse when the hot weather hit

I still dont believe you're dealing with a respiratory disease. It could be something stuck in her esophagus and gaping as a means of adjusting the crop. The sneezing could be a way of moving the object, not sure. Give her an eyedropperful or two of olive oil to swallow. Then gently massage her neck down to the bottom of her crop. She will either pass or puke whatever is stuck. Dont turn her upside down.
Another possibility is aspergillosis, nystatin will treat it, perhaps oxine. Another possibility is an air sac problem, maybe ruptured. I'm not familiar with aspergillosis nor air sac problems. Good luck.
