Gapeworm Question

I believe my 5-6 week old chicks have gapeworm. I don't believe badly, but some of them have started to do the "yawn" thing and shake their heads like it is itching.
Does anyone have any experience with this. I am not sure what I should do. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can look down their throat and actually see the worm(s), they should be reddish/pink in color. You might need to use a flashlight too. I'd first check for any obstructions. Has it been hot where you're at? They will 'gape' open their mouths in hot weather and I suspect that this is what is happening.
