Gapeworm? Vit deficiency? Respiratory?

Hi! I have a 7mo old EE mix who has started sneezing and seemed a bit wobbly. I started giving VetRx a few days ago. Today she's walking on her hocks and keeping her mouth open. I don't hear wheezing or rattling but she still is making a sneezing sound and she shakes her head when she does it.

I gave her Nutridrench and VetRx and just ordered rooster booster, and dewormer. I would appreciate any advice.

Hi, Vetrx does nothing, it's just Vicks for chickens. What dewormer and why?
What is her diet, crop and poops like? It could be vitamin deficiency, like you said.

Everything I searched said to use VetRx for any respiratory issues. She has her mouth hanging open so I'm concerned it could be gapeworm. I ordered safeguard goat dewormer, I saw it was recommended to use for gapeworm in chickens.

Crop looks normal. I have her separated, but haven't seen her poop yet I will go check during my lunch break. I feed them Naturwise layer feed. They very rarely get snacks.

Here's a picture if it'll help at all.

I'm sorry, you've been mislead. Vet rx just barely treats the symptoms not the problem, it's like Vicks. She likely doesn't have gape worm, as it's pretty uncommon unless your area is known for parasites. She could have something sticking her crop or a blockage, have you looked in her throat? It's also compounded by vitamin deficiency. For that you'll need 400 i.u of vitamin e and about a half of a b complex tablet everyday for a week or until she improves.

Would rooster booster help? Or do I need to order those vitamins as separate things?

She doesn't seem to have anything stuck in her throat from what I can tell. She still hasn't pooped, I've checked twice to see what it looks like. I was considering getting a broad-spectrum antibiotic to treat any potential respiratory?

I now noticed one of my other ladies acting a bit odd. She has a dirty butt but I checked for mites and lice and saw none. Poop was a bit runny and light colored. I've had a hard time every winter with coccidia and the temps here have been fluctuating really badly. She's still with the flock, but acting a bit lethargic but she's eating and drinking. She's not tucking her butt, but she is puffing up a bit.

You can get the vitamins from the grocery store, they're nothing special that you need to order. I wouldn't give any antibiotics until you can confirm an infection, due to the potential of antibiotic resistance. Your other bird could have coccidiosis though it's rare in older birds, could be vent gleet which is a yeast infection.

I've tried researching vent gleet and I'm genuinely just not sure. She's just over a year old. I've lost two birds to coccidiosis last winter. :/ They were about 9-10mos.

Do you just get the gel vitamins and break them open? Or what's the best method. Sorry :/

Yep, just the gel vitamin e and b complex tablet, you can mix into something tasty or squeeze out in her beak. You can post pictures of her other hen and someone experienced with that can help you
