I have small gaps in my floor. I have hardware cloth underneath but what can I fill from the top? I’ll likely linoleum it but I’d love to fill any spots. Also anything that hardens to protect from critters.

I've used this for years with good results. Wait til you have the roof on first. You could squeeze some caulk into the seam first before applying just to help seal more of the gap and use less of the filler.

I wouldn't be concerned with those gaps from a critter angle.
Is the HC directly under the floor sheathing?
Is floor sheathing boards or plywood?

What’s HC? It is 3/4” plywood. I’m not too worried about critters. But I don’t want to have spaces for mites and any other potentially hazardous bugs to live. Although I will be covering it with linoleum.
