Garage into coop

We are moving to a new (old) house and I am planning to partition off part of the two car garage for our chickens. How would I go about attaching the wood framing to the cinder block walls and cement floor? Thanks for any tips!

You can use a hammer drill and then hammer drive-in studs in the masonry, or you can use a gunpowder-activated tool to set nails right thru the studs into the masonry. Ditto for floor.

If you check the coop contest you will find one like what you are going to do. It turned out really nice. more like a dorm room than a coop.
