Garden Lime for chicken run?

Hi, I'm reading a lot of conflicting things about using lime for coop maintenance. Can anyone tell me if this product is safe to use under pine shavings with DE in the chicken run? Thanks!

2x the Sweet PDZ with a light sprinkle of DE under the shavings is what I do. PDZ in the poop board
