Depending on my mood it can be savory or sweet and always with a little bite.

What do you put in it for the "bite"?

My dtr loves pumpkin pie, but she refuses to eat squash pie. Little does she know that the canned pumpkin that is sold in the store is actually squash. And, I seriously doubt that she can tell the difference when the pie is served up for dessert.

My pumpkin/squash pies always have a couple of tbsp. of molasses in them.

I use a little chipolte and red pepper flake. When making the soup I'll dice up a Jalapeno or two and saute with the onions and carrots.

Just my observation......

The 2 wheel version has become popular with consumers in recent years.
30+ years ago, I hauled a load of such to a roofing supply warehouse. They were Ideal for workers working on large industrial flat roofs. Moving loads without concern of toppling. Did not see them available in homeowner type stores at that time.

Tarps work great for hard to reach areas of the coop. I used to carry 5 gallon buckets to the back and carry them out. One can load more on a tarp with less strain on the body.
Next wheel barrel will be a two wheeler.
