Garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar?

I'm with you @BigBlueHen53 and I don't give anything but electrolytes on very hot days. If the chickens are not drinking as much because the water has ACV in it, what does that tell you? I am opposed to giving anything unnecessary to healthy chickens. Feed a quality diet that is complete and formulated for them, provide plenty of fresh water, and clean and safe quarters. Anything else is just flushing money down the toilet and unnecessary.

I grow my own vegetables for them and you only use 1/8tsp per bird of garlic and vinegar and 1c of fresh vegetables per bird i don't find it a waste

How much do you generally give them?

Not much . Because excessive cause Low Red Blood Cells and they can become Anemic . The Ideal dose for 1 Single Rooster ( 2 Kg) is 1 Whole Crushed Clove Of Garlic Mix With 2-3 Drops Of Apple Cider .

When I make solution for my Roosters it is like 2 1/5 clove of garlic and 1 ml of ACV in 200 ml of water

Once a week or once a month depends on weather.
In hot weather it's once in 2 week or month . In winter it is One time in a week (they get alot of respiratory issues in cold weather comparison with hot weather) .

This Solution have alot of benefits apart from immunity it reduce the odor in Poop make it more firm it help cleaning kidneys, create bad environment for both Internal & external parasites . A good pH in gut always help soaking nutrition .

It helps calcium absorption too .
Overall it's a great remedy 👌
