Has anyone ever built one? If so how big of an engine, HP would you need?

a guy i know has 2 pluckers that are gas powerd 1 has a 3.5 hp briggs and the other has a 5 hp briggs cant tell the diff . he used the briggs eng becaus he already had them .it is a little noisey ,i prefer elec but hey what ever floats your boat
