Gathered eggs today and guess what?

I've done that. I once put over a dozen eggs into various pockets... walked in the front door and crack.... hit the door on the way in and down my leg went three eggs.

Not quite as bad as reaching to get my wallet from my pants pocket to find out the chicken I was carrying had deposited a big pile straight into the pocket and onto the wallet.... I think I still have a few stained business cards too.

I leaned over in the garage and an egg slipped out of my pocket and went SPLAT! That was last week, I was in a hurry, and it is now frozen solid to the cement floor near my grain barrels. Grr!

I have done this so many many times. It's even worse with goose eggs. I always feel like I just killed a gosling.
