i’m so sorry for your suffering. I hope you can cure your rooster. what exactly is wrong with him now maybe we can help with advice? can you post pictures of his injuries?

Yeap! later in the evening ,he(the rooster) seems to be reacting to my care. I hope to see him up and about three days from now. He is young and full of strength.,but ;as I said ;what they did to him was monstrous.They cut his crest down to the flesh without leaving a mount ;before reaching the flesh. Anyway that was sick. I would love to get a hold to whoever did it and put him through a tearing of his own scalp just to see how he likes it. That would put an end to his voodoo crap and cruelty! I'm always rescuing injured farm , street animals. I hope to catch site of this monster soon! He is not going to like it! I told the cop that I will try to catch em!

if you can give him some electrolytes in his water and hopefully he drinks some?
you can make electrolyte water with cup of water and add a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of salt

Somebody cut his crest past his comb. Down to the flesh. I'm hoping that he gets well . He is young and strong heart. but what they did was nasty and sick!
