G'day from Oz!

Thanks Fancy, I will try it on him and see what happens. It is worth a try. I would hate George to try it cos he is too heavy for me to be cuddling for long!!

Hi all, does anyone know the dosage of Moxidectin for poultry please? Got some new chooks and of course... they are infected with mites/lice!!
I cleaned out the roost and got them all through my hair and could feel them crawling in my scalp.... Yuck!!!
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!!!

Don't know about Moxidectin as I prefer to use Coopex :) As I have an agricultural vet living a couple of k's away I'll find out for you :) I am also a fellow Aussie, living in central west NSW :)
I know you have to wait a bit before you can use the eggs with moxi, where as coopex for lice etc you don't have to, worming I use Kilverm :) some chickens hate the taste of Moxi :(
