Geese Breed Question

Is the Buff American and the Blue American (the kind you can get at Holderread's) the same kind of American Geese. Are they the same breeds, but just different varieties of it (Like the Buff and Gray African)?

Hwf sells blue and lavender only. Yes they are color varieties of the American goose.
