Geese Eggs - hatching questions

I'm sure about a site but I'll tell you what I do. I keep the temp at 99-100 and keep the waterwell filled in my still-air incubator. I turn them several times a day (3-5) and give them a spray with a plant mister about twice a day. I don't know if this is recommended but I've done it and it has worked out fine. My reason for the sprayer is to increase humidity. Goos eggs take about 28-32 days to hatch, I'm not sure why there is sucha range but I have had eggs hatch at 28 and 29 days.
