my pair of geese who have laid eggs on 3 diffent time and none of the eggs hatched what am i doing wrong what should i do

they are setting i only 1 pair i see them breed and lay and they both set on the eggs

How old are they? I have lousy fertility in yearlings. Just because they are going through the motions doesn't mean that they are getting the job done. Crack an egg and see if it's fertile.

Ganders typically do not sit on the eggs if the goose is present. They dutifully sit next to her outside the nest.
