Geese hatchery questions

What sells female only Buff Geese. Most hatcheries that I know of, (besides Ideal Poultry, which is sold out) sell Buff Geese in straight run or pairs only. I'm thinking I might have 2 male geese because I caught my bigger African on top of a Pekin duck.

How old are your geese? Last year when my goose was about 4 months old she mounted the female pekin ducks. She was a she as she laid an egg.

I don't know of any hatcheries other than Ideal that is selling what you want. I ordered from them in the spring.

My geese and my ducks are both 3 months old.

At 3 months your probably just seeing play acting which goes on in both sexes. give it another month before you decide who is gander or not. I have seen my goose mount my Muscovy ducks with the gander standing right next to the pool.
