I now have two goslings that are Chinese/Toulouse mix and I have had them for 3 weeks and when I got them they were a little over a week old. They grow so fast and have started getting ALOT of feathers and now I need to start thinking of outside housing for them. Any ideas??? I will let them free range most of the time when we are home but I am worried about them at night and we go on vacation in June. The person that will be watching our animals while we are away will only feed and water them, No hanging out and playing with them. Any pictures or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If your planning on going off for vacations and such I'd make their house and run as secure as you can afford using hard ware wire under and top and at least 3' up from bottom of welded wire fence around outside. being predators can climb dig and tear apart chicken wire. I wouldn't want you to come home to a massacre. Here's my goose house is inside 1/2 acre fenced with no climb horse fencing with barb wire around top but my flock is locked up tight at night to protect them from predators. it's 77"wide by 52" deep houses 2 adult geese.

Awesome, thank you for the suggestions, I have been looking on the internet for weeks now to find a good setup for my babies but it has been quite hard to find anything. I have been raising chickens now for about 3 years and feel pretty confident with them. This is my first adventure with geese, I purchased them from a great farm when they were about a week old and I have had them now for three weeks and boy do they grow fast. I want to make sure I am doing everything right. I live on 12 acres back in the woods surrounded by more woods and for the most part I haven't really seen a lot of predators other than stray hunting dogs but I really want to make sure they are safe.
Any other advise is greatly appreciate!

There are more links in this that may give you more ideas. https://www.backyardchickens.com/newsearch?search=goose+houses

having chickens then your well aware that we never know what preds are there till we bring home the animals they like to prey on so it's up to us to make the living spaces as secure as we can to keep the preds from a free meal. They sure do grow fast.
