My goose has a runny nose—looks froathy. Breathing heavy.
Mouth opened at times.
Has huge underbelly that’s almost touching the ground.

It may be 6 months old.
At first glance I thought she may be pregnant but idk
It’s my first time raising geese.

I’ve got two geese. Was curious will the other be ok if the one that’s sick doesn’t make it or do I need to get another???

I am not sure about a "frothy" running nose. Mine to get stuff in their nares (nostrils) and sneeze/wheeze until they manage to blow it out or get to their water and wash it out.

Without seeing a picture I am guessing that the belly is just the nature of your goose. What breed is she? I have 11 Toulouse and all my females have huge lobes that drag on the ground. It is natural and does not imply pregnant. Geese lay eggs during their mating season which, for me, tends to be late winter to early spring.

They look like Buffs or Toulouse what do you feed them and do they have buckets of water for cleaning out their nares and eyes? You can try putting some Apple Cider Vinegar into a bucket of water to help clear up some bacteria that might be causing the running nose 1-2 Tab to a gal of water. Poor thing may need an antibiotic I hope it's so so sick your thinking it's going to die?

My husband gets them that chick starter grower...that’s what we’ve been giving them since we got them.

I did not know to let them clean their eyes and nares.

Can I give them the apple
cider vinegar that’s in the cooking oil section at the grocery store? Or do I need to take them to the veterinarian?
Forgive me I’m knew to caring for geese/chickens...birds in general.

Yes get the store ACV but try and find the one with the Mother in it. Braggs makes one but Heinz has one too. If you think she is very sick then a vet would be a good idea. Geese bond tightly to one another it would be very heartbreaking if you lost one. If for some reason you can find the unpasteurized then just buy the reg ACV it just wont be as good. The feed is good but they are mainly grazers so make sure they can graze on grass everyday you have it. Once winter hits and grass dies back then you can offer Romaine lettuce once in a while for greens they will also eat chopped kale I buy at the grocery store when they mark things down.

Regular acv will not do the trick. You want the raw, unpasteurized acv with "the Mother". More than likely just having a bucket to dunk her head will solve the problem. I would get her off the grower, she doesn't need the extra protein and it's making her fat. She should be eating mostly grass and hay.

Hay? Where would I get/find hay?

What do you mean “the mother”?
I don’t understand
