I have three Chinese one brown an two brown an white with blue eyes when do they lay

Spring, when they're close to a year of age, or older.

It depends a little on your weather and also on the age of the birds. Geese are very seasonal layers. Mine typically will start laying late Feb. or early March and go until early June. Chinese are generally better layers than a lot of the heavier breeds and will usually have a longer laying season.
