I have three chicks I’m having trouble sexing.

So a little info about them. #1 is very bold and friendly, doesn’t mind being handled but is loud. #2 is flighty and hates being handled or touched. #3 is the sweetest, shy, loves being handled and loves attention but is scared of the other two. #1 and #2 constantly fight and try to attack #3 but it runs away. #3 is also significantly smaller than #1 and #2, probably because of the bantam genes.

I’m a little disappointed right now because I’m almost sure they are all cockerels. Although, #3 is a bantam cross so I’ll probably end up keeping it anyways if it ends up being a cockerel.

Any additional ideas on their gender?

I am certainly not an expert, but I think it's too early to tell. I'm not seeing anything that screams cockerel at this point. The combs that are a lil more developed (#1 and #3) are still pretty small and not coming in super pink... yet. I'd keep a really close eye on #1's wattles, though. It'll be interesting to read others' opinions.

They're cute! And I love your descriptions of their personalities!
