Gender and breed please? TSC chick

Ok so I purchased this chick with another one just a like but sadly passed a week ago. I had got them out of the bantam bin in our local tractor supply and was just wondering what breed and gender he/she would be?
Anything could be helpful please!?

Looks like a rooster... It is possible that its a pullet, but it looks like a rooster to me. Do you have the chick with any other chicks? Like chickens, chicks need to live with other chicks!

looks like a rooster. harder to tell until his tail/neck feathers come in.
