Gender and breed?

Updated post now that my chicks are between 4-5 weeks. I was told leghorns. I think the yellow chick with black feathers is a Delaware and not sure about the cream ones. I also think the yellow one with black feathered is a roo. Any chance it could still be a hen? It’s so pretty I don’t want to give it up but no roosters allowed where I live.

The one does look like a Delaware and it's a cockerel. The cream ones are crossbreds.

Yup you most likely have a handsome cockerel!!
