The cockerels, at least, aren’t Welsummers. If they were, they would have male specific coloring, with black breast feathers. And, they’re not likely OEGB or Brown Leghorn either, as those breeds also have gender specific coloring.

The pullets could be Welsummers.

Can you provide a source for that information?

I find at least two major hatcheries saying that Welsummers have yellow legs:

I could've sworn I read something saying their legs were white. Guess I was wrong so they could be an option then.
