You can't tell gender from the spurs. Both genders have them. They only start growing on males around at least six months or more.Pretty chicken! Usually if it is a male the wattle comes in pretty quickly while it stays small in a pullet for months. It is a little hard to tell from the pictures if the wattle is big, but if it is then it is probably a rooster. Check her legs for little nubs of spurs growing in, and watch for the long pointed feathers along her back, those are sickle feathers and are a sign of a male. It is possible she is a pullet, the curled tail can just be something special!
