Gender check *Updated with more pics*

Based on the one pic here so far, I'd say that EE is a pullet, but if you could post another showing a clear profile, with a good shot of the hackles and saddle feathers, it'd be easier to say

Easter Eggers can be a little tricky sometimes. Our roo looked exactly like a pullet until he was four months old, then suddenly he grew like a weed and molted into male plumage. Surprised the heck out of us! He was the only one to pull something like that, though; the rest of them had "declared" by three months old, and stood by it. I'll keep my fingers crossed that yours is a she!

I'm not entirely convinced this bird is a female....
When its tail feathers came in, I remember being a little worried of it being male since the tail feathers first "pronged." Its hackle feathers are pointed, not rounded like the other EE I have...

Thoughts?

The owner of the feed store emailed me and said she'd take the BO rooster after I sent her pics of him. I'm sure she wouldn't have a problem taking this one back, too, if it's male, which I think it is. I think it's great that the feed store owner will find homes for them for me. I just don't want them to start crowing here and annoying my neighbors.

Like I said, the EE is a female. There is no doubt about it!

That color ONLY occurs in females. ONLY.

Her saddle feathers are not male at all. While they may be "pointy", that is a common EE trait. If she was male, they would be thin, VERY pointy, and very shiny.
