I am a new chicken momma and would love some added guesses on two of my 11 baby chicks... What do you all think?

This is my 6 week old leghorn I am questioning the gender! Any guesses?!

This is my 6 week buff orpington chick and she/he has a much larger comb that the others... I'm guessing he's a rooster but would love to hear what you all have to say!

Hi and
welcome-byc.gif
.
I have never had Leghorns but I think with a comb that big, it's a roo.
Not sure about your Buff Orpington, maybe a roo as well.

They look like hens to me but, I'm new to this chicken raising thing and I could be wrong....lol

My leghorn crowed this morning "Lucy" is now named "Foghorn"... I guess I need a hound dog too :) haha

Well now that I've been doing this for a little while and have discovered a Roo of my own, I see how Foghorn can be a roo. Big red comb and waddles! I've got a Frizzle Cochin who is around 8 weeks old but started crowing at week 5. It's so funny! I hope he's the only one!!
