These babies were purchased on Labor Day as 2-3day olds. I think 2 are roosters and 2 are hens, but it might be 1 hen and 3 roosters.

Chick 1- I *think it s a roo?*

Chick 2- Pretty sure this one is a hen

Chick 3- super fluffy feet on this one but not really sure on gender although I think maybe a hen?

Chick 4-has a larger and darker comb than the other black one so I think this is a rooster

Thanks everyone for your help!

lol well i got those all backwards! 1 has developed so much red around its comb thats why i thought it was a roo

So, Unfortunately, I lost the only baby that I KNEW was a hen for sure, she was just dead in the coop this morning without a mark on her. everyone seems so undecided both here and among my local chicken friends that I decided to cheat and have the last 3 DNA sexed. yes its probably a waste of money and I could just wait a tad longer to be sure...but I am basically convinced the last 3 remaining are roosters.

I am over joyed today that i got the DNA sex results back today and all 3 remaining juveniles are hens. The blue one, the black one and the buff one. I am giddy with happiness right now.
