What is some tips to find the gender of my chicks.

You could post photos of them at 8 weeks or older. Most young roosters develop a pink comb by 5-8 weeks, where pullets remain yellow orange for longer. As they get older roosters will develop different coloring in some breeds, and varieties, legs will be thicker, and eventually roosters will develop hackle and saddle feathers. When you hear a crow it's a definite sign you have a rooster.
