Gender help!?

I have 2 Barred Rocks and 2 Olive Eggers and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the genders?
Also, does anyone have an experience with being able to put an age to chicks? I keep reading different things and now I can’t tell how old they are? Thanks!!

They all look like females except for the third photo, that one I'm unsure of. If you have photos of the barred rocks when they we're chicks it would be easy to tell because of the spots on their head.

From the photos it's kind of hard to tell but one looks like a female and the other looks like a male. I'm not a hundred percent sure though it would be better to get more opinions.

Thank you very much!! It’s hard with that red light for sure! We were thinking that one was a hen and the other a Roo!
