Gender help.

I bought her/him as a Ameraucana hen. Can anyone identify breed and gender?

It's 13 weeks. Hopefully not a roo. We can't have roosters in this area.
 
Agree, looks like a cockerel. Red comb and feather coloring make me think this.
 
I went back and looked at photos of my cockerel and pullet EE at 13 weeks. The face actually looks like my pullets at the time, but the tail looks more similar to my cockerels. The one thing I do remember is there was no doubt I had 3 cockerels at 13 weeks. They had all developed larger comes and waddles and were deep red by then. With EE depending on the mix, they can be slow or fast developers. My cockerels are a single comb, I think your chicken has a rose comb. Here is a picture at 14 weeks so you can compare. Not sure if it helps, but....
