Gender help!

These are the chickens we hatched as our class project. They are a backyard mix. I have an idea of what they might be but I’m just guessing. They are 9 and a half weeks old.

I think #2 is the only female. It looks to me like #3 has a pea comb, in which case it's as big as the obvious males' combs. If it has a single comb, then I think it's a pullet.

Also, they look like Brahma mixes, and I think #2 is a dark Brahma. :)

They are Brahma mixes their dad is a Brahma. I got the eggs from my sister and all her roos are Brahma but she isn't sure of the moms because she has a mixed flock of hens.
 
I want to thank everyone for your suggestions. I'm definitely not going to keep all 3. I might only keep 1. But leaning more to not keeping any. the safety of my girls and kids are more important.
