My baby has turned into a boy yes? She/he is about 10 weeks old. Sorry the first photo is a bit bad.

Thank you. I thought so. He's recently become very aggressive towards the dog and sprouted that big tail.

Definitely a cockerel there. I would be very careful with leaving the dog and the cockerel together because cockerels can be relentless little buggers and the dog might run out of patience.

The dog is small and a big sooky who is scared of the hens who only peck his tail. He will run not fight. I'm more worried about the cockrell hurting him. He is never alone with the chooks as he lives mostly indoors but I don't want him to be scared to go out to toilet. I'm thinking it might be time to fence off a run for the chooks instead of letting them free range the whole backyard.

Yes I would say that is a little cockerel. Fencing off an area for them might be a good idea

Definitely a boy chicken. The iridescent, curled tail feathers are a dead giveaway. Hope you are able to keep him. The three RIR roos I've had throughout my life have been good boys <3.
