Gender ideas?

We are on acreage out of town and don't have a rooster at this stage... However I have 2 australorp x sussex that I'm a bit suspicious are roosters.

If you have 20-24 hens so each rooster can have their own flock, you may be able to keep both of them without too much fighting.
