Okay, could you both discuss your reasoning. I do have some time to rehome it but, maybe I’ll just wait it out to tell. Sorry I’ve been reading that it’s hard to tell but I just don’t want to end up with a $2000 fine

At the moment, at 8 weeks, I see no red leakage or comb development that would indicate cockerel. Stiff fines. :/

It’s not a cockerel.. it has no large/bright comb (even though I believe it’s a pea comb.), it has no pointed feathers and has a pullet stance.

It's too early for male pointed feathers, those come in at around 12-14 weeks. :]
