Those pics above wont help. If you could get close ups of the face that would be helpful.

Some things to look for:

Toms have a larger snood wider at the base and getting skinnier towards the tip it hangs over the beak and can elongate and retract.
Hens have a small snood same width from base to tip and does not grow any larger

Toms Dewlap (flappy skin under neck) is much larger and much hangier
Hens Dewlap is small and isn't so hangy

Toms have a completely bald head
Hens have a Mohawk of hair down the back of their head and neck

Toms have larger caruncles(the bumpy things on their necks) on Toms they will be much larger than the hen
Hens have caruncles but they are much smaller

Both Toms and Hens get red faces though females less often and soon your males will turn there faces blue or even white

Only Toms Gobble

Both Toms and Hens strut so not a good indicator

Also Both Toms and Hens can grow beards Though its not often a hen will grow one.
