How old are they?

Not sure, got them a month back , 3 of them had a yellowish bald and 3 were covered with new feathers.

Hi All, i have been following the threads and it has been a great learning experience so far. I recently got some RIRs for my home and was wondering if someone could help me sexing them as the guy i got them from told me it's not easy sexing RIRs till they are 2.5 to 3 months old. I can't see #4. Is #1 the one with the question mark?

If so then pullet. And as I said before the rest of the suspects are cockerels.
