Gender input, anyone?

It's hard to tell for me in the pictures. In a few more weeks you will really start to notice the saddle feathers (by tail) look different by either staying round or getting pointed. Also the feathers around the neck on the males get very thin. Look up some pictures of hackle feathers. Here are saddle feathers.

Someone woke me at 6am with a strangled sound. I went running outside to check on them, but no evidence of a predator. Kept hearing the sound throughout the morning. I suspect a cockerel is trying to crow. I can't have a rooster, so I am trying to figure out which ones to rehome. Of course he is silent when I go outside, lol.
