Hi, I have 3 six week old bantams, one is a very obvious hen, one a very obvious cockerel and one that could go either way. Sadly the one I'm not sure about has injured it's leg.. I'm happy to nurse it and see how it goes if it's a hen but not if it's a cockerel as it will just break my heart either way as we wouldn't be able to keep it. Can anyone offer an insight on how to settle this?! The barred one is the one in question. Other two for comparison. "It" is very hen like in mannerisms and comb and wattles aren't big but very red.. nothing like it's two siblings!

The last two may be pullets, but how they're looking now they seem to be cockerels.
The first is a Silver cuckoo pullet.

Silver Cuckoo Moran that is. Keep a close eye on your Astrolorp Bantam (the completely iridescent chicken). It may turn out to be a pullet, since Asrolorps have iridescent feather if they are male or female. Send pics of its tail in a few weeks.
