Gender of Ameraucana/EE?

Hello,

Hoping to get some advice here before we have to find a new home for one of our chicks. Because we are in the city limits, we can't have a roo. The age is about 3 months and picked them up from a local feed store. Two of the four are Ameraucana (maybe another breed) and before we say goodbye to this one wanted to get some more opinions. One notable difference between the two Ameracan's is the comb forming. One has a very straight comb with a single row and this one has a pebble like comb. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

He has all the hallmarks of a cockerel. Red shoulders, male saddle hackles and male cape hackles.
