Gender of Golden Comet?

I have a 16 week old golden comet and I don’t know the gender for sure. It has a large comb and wattles, but hasn’t grown spurs. He’s been getting bullied by the other chickens in his flock.

Definitely cockerel. He has pointy saddle feathers. Dead giveaway.

Spurs take time to grow in sometimes up to two years depending on breed. But...this looks like a rooster but not a golden comet rooster. From my experience, golden comet Roos are white.

That's definitely a cockerel, but he might be an Isa brown rooster rather than a golden comet one. Both breeds have similar feathering

Our neighbor has some golden comets and said he looked like one, she only has hens so she probably didn’t know what the Roos looked like.

I too only have GC females. They are 7 weeks right now.
